Call Center Representative

Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Customer Service Representatives in the Las Vegas area.

POSITION SUMMARY

Candidates must have an outgoing and positive demeanor, be motivated, energetic work ethic, be a great listener and have a track record of working well with others in a team environment.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, eager to learn new skills, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision. Fluency in both English and Spanish is preferred. This full-time position is based in a call center environment and requires a flexible schedule, including potential nights and weekends.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintaining professional relationships with customers through ongoing excellent customer service.

2-3 years minimum customer service experience with high volume inbound calls

Proven history of providing excellent customer service

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply

Strong typing and computer skills required

Strong confident telephone voice

Ability to multitask and maintain a high level of attention to detail.

Customer service skills

Call center experience is preferred

High School Diploma or GED required
