Major Function
Perform a variety of complex secretarial and clerical tasks for campus Principal and administrative team requiring independent judgement and action, including decision making in accordance with organizational policies and procedures, which may include delegated administrative duties.
Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for data entry
Create forms and compile data and information necessary for the efficient operation of the school
Maintain efficient and well-organized paper and electronic data collection and filing systems
Manage incoming applications and organize information for school lottery
School-level ordering and manage inventory
Maintain and manage a current school calendars of events and the use of facilities
Plan, coordinate, and execute schoolwide events
Participate in the preparation of back-to-school planning for all stakeholders
Support administrative team with secretarial and clerical duties
Maintain confidentiality of student and staff information
Manage school level bank accounts
Protect confidentiality of information for students and staff
Generate and disseminate schoolwide communication to all stakeholders
Create and distribute all stakeholder awards and certificates
Maintain a clean, attractive and orderly office environment
Create meeting agendas, attend meetings and take minutes
Act as the substitute and support for front office staff
Perform any duties and responsibilities that are within the scope of employment as assigned by the administrative team

Minimum Qualifications
Three years of increasingly responsible experience in secretarial and clerical duties.
Demonstrate excellent secretarial skills including at least 50 words per minute with minimal errors, bookkeeping skills, ability to use electronic equipment for word processing, data management, information retrieval, visual presentations and communications.
Ability to maintain effective working relationships with all personnel.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Highly effective written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Ability to work independently.
Degree in related field preferred.
Pay Range: $16.89 - $23.79 per hour
