Description We are looking for a skilled and proactive Front Desk Coordinator to join our team on a contract basis in Stevens Point, Wisconsin.
In this role, you will manage front desk operations while ensuring the smooth functionality of our facility.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys delivering exceptional organizational and administrative support.
Responsibilities: - Greet visitors warmly, manage incoming calls, and direct inquiries to the appropriate contacts.
- Handle mail, packages, and deliveries while keeping the front desk area neat and organized.
- Coordinate facility operations, including organizing office spaces and ensuring a safe, clean environment.
- Work with vendors and service providers to address maintenance, repairs, and other facility-related needs.
- Monitor and replenish office supply inventory to ensure continuous availability of essentials.
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate meetings, ensuring rooms, equipment, and materials are prepared in advance.
- Organize company events such as team-building activities and client gatherings, ensuring all logistics are handled.
- Perform administrative tasks like filing, data entry, and preparing documents as needed.
- Develop and maintain facility policies and procedures to support operational efficiency.
- Act as a communication bridge between departments for all facility-related matters.
Requirements - High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business administration or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in front desk operations, facility management, or administrative roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle diverse responsibilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.
