Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and people-loving Client and Partner Success Coordinator to join our growing mortgage team.
This individual will play a vital role in enhancing client and referral partner relationships, supporting recruiting efforts, and keeping marketing and sales operations running smoothly.
In this role, you'll communicate directly with clients, complete follow-ups, and gather documents needed during the mortgage process.
You'll also work closely with the Branch Manager to ensure consistency, communication, and follow-through across all key initiatives.
Essential Responsibilities: Marketing & Branding Support Assist with marketing campaigns, social media, and video coordination Respond to and engage with social media content and followers Manage and update Google reviews Coordinate, draft, and distribute our email newsletter Create and distribute "value add" materials to attract loan officer recruits Recruiting Support Build targeted lists of loan officers for outreach Monitor follow-up processes and ensure timely recruiter engagement Prepare professional packages for agent and loan officer meetings Agent & Partner Relationship Management Send gifts and handwritten notes to real estate partners; manage address list Help organize and coordinate events for agents and partners Support and onboard agents with technology tools and communication Identify high-priority accounts and hold leadership accountable to daily outreach Sales & Conversion Tracking Track and distribute conversion data and updates Track team metrics, goals, and pipeline progress Maintain partner touchpoints and engagement logs Administrative & Follow-Up Support Assist with ongoing follow-ups and documentation Compile and submit expense reports Maintain systems that ensure nothing slips through the cracks Ideal Candidate Profile: High-I / High-S DISC personality blend: enthusiastic, friendly, and consistent Organized and self-motivated with excellent follow-through Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new platforms Strong communicator, both written and verbal Loves serving others and building relationships Comfortable balancing creative and administrative tasks Associate's degree or 2+ years of support experience in retail residential mortgages Compensation & Benefits: Salary Range: $40,000 - $50,000 annually (based on experience) Performance-based bonuses Paid time off and 14 paid company holidays Opportunities for growth within a thriving mortgage team Health, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, and voluntary life insurance options Flexible spending account, or health savings account eligible 401(k) with a 3% company match Work Environment This job operates in a professional office environment.
