Position: Freezer Warehouse Loader (Full-Time)

Location: Sandusky, OH

Schedule: Monday - Friday (Weekends Off!)

Shift: Start at 6 AM with end times ranging from 2 PM to 4 PM, depending on daily workload.

What You'll Be Doing:

Order Picking: Fill orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Production Monitoring: Keep an eye on the production line and transfer products to the stock freezer.

Heavy Lifting: Operate a pallet jack or 2-wheel hand cart to push/pull heavy loads (up to 50 lbs).

Clean & Safe Work Environment: Maintain a clean, safe workspace that meets food safety regulations.

Team Collaboration: Work alongside a friendly team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

What We're Looking For:

Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for long periods of time.

Extreme Cold Tolerance: Able to work in cold temperatures (as low as -30 F) for up to 45 minutes at a time. We provide thermal gloves and Carhartt gear; you'll need to bring your own warm socks, gloves, hat, and coat.

Forklift Certification: A must-have for operating warehouse equipment like a forklift or tow motor.

Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and safety while completing tasks.

Positive Attitude: Must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and contribute to team success.

Skills & Experience That Set You Up for Success:

Forklift certification or experience operating tow motors.

High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Strong math skills for weight and volume measurements.

Ability to multitask while staying calm and efficient.

Food safety knowledge or prior warehouse experience a plus.

Work Environment & Physical Demands:

You'll be moving between indoor and outdoor workspaces, handling different temperatures and working with food allergens.

Frequent lifting (up to 50 lbs), bending, standing, climbing, and twisting are part of the job.

The ability to adapt to changing work conditions is key in this dynamic role.
