General Maintenance Tech

JOB REQUIREMENTS: * Knowledge and skill of carpentry in accordance with industry standards * Knowledge of equipment, materials, methods, practices, and tools used in basic carpentry * Ability to use hand and power tools and demonstrate proper techniques and methods * Ability to read and interpret blueprints and diagrams * Ability to measure and perform mathematical calculations * Strong organizational, communication (verbal and written), and interpersonal skills * Basic computer skills * Responsible for observing and complying with all safety and project rules, including wearing required personal safety equipment.

* Performs other duties as required - such as setting up for client events and office moves.
