Leads and coordinates the analysis and documentation of business requirements, processes, and systems. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic solutions that align with the organization's goals and objectives.

Essential Functions:
Formulates and prioritizes complex business requirements, business cases and new project requests to ensure alignment with business objectives through the strategic application of people, processes, and technology. Maintain documentation to reflect current business practices.
Translates business needs, processes and procedures into a workable system, and articulating on specific software requirements by communicating about these requirements with technology experts and business stakeholders.
Collaborates with stakeholders to manage small to medium sized research and clinical innovation projects. Partners with developers to maintain project scope and budget; document change requests as needed.
Develops documents for complex IT applications, system specifications and test plans, according to existing standards and methodologies.
Communicates findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior management, in a clear and concise manner.in order to achieve required action and deliverables of solutions.
Tracks industry activities and academic advancements in digital health that may impact our direction and our efforts in this area. Identifies key influencers and potential vendors/collaborators/service providers.
Education Requirement:
Bachelor's Degree in relevant field, required.
Master's Degree, preferred.

Skills:
Working knowledge of standards, best practices, methodologies, and frameworks associated with a healthcare industry, business process management, and the IT discipline.
Working knowledge of operating systems, application development, database management, interface engines.
Effective use of technology and requirements analysis tools and techniques.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and mentorship skills with the ability to communicate to all types of employees and management.
Experience:
Five years of experience as a business analyst or equivalent experience, required.
Experience in a healthcare environment, preferred.
Data analysis experience, preferred.
