The Advance Group is hiring! We are looking for candidates available for first shift for immediate openings in Toledo preparing rail cars for shipment.

Pay for the General Labor position:

$16/hr

Shift for the General Labor position:

Typically work 5-6 days/week starting at 6am

Must be willing to work overtime and weekends (with days off during the week)

Job requirements for General Labor position:

Be willing to work outside year round

Prior general labor, construction, or hand tool experience

Must have good attention to detail

Must not be afraid of heights (rail cars are double decker cars)

Must have excellent attendance

Flexible schedule

Motivated to learn

Hard worker eager to find stable, long-term employment

High School Diploma/GED and valid driver's license to be hired in

Able to pass a drug and background screen and random monthly drug screen Job duties for General Labor position:

Working outdoors, year-round, to prep rail cars

Assembly of gears, bolts, and small parts onto multi-level rail cars at varying heights (rail cars are double decker cars)

Clean-up and yard maintenance

Other General Labor duties as needed

Must be willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions and have a flexible schedule
