We are looking for an exceptional Shipping Team Member in Billerica, MA

This person will be an integral part of the warehouse team. You will work very closely with the shipping team, the team lead, and the warehouse manager to support and service team and clients.

Your Responsibilities:

Accurately fill the orders by selecting and packing the correct item, quantity, and Unit of Measure.

Properly package the product.

Process the shipment through various shipping software applications.

Stage the product for carrier pick-up.

Respond to requests generated in Helpdesk software!

Perform cycle counts as directed by warehouse manager/shipping lead.

Replenish picking locations and pull samples for account managers as needed.

Load/unload trucks and vans for incoming and outgoing freight.

Effectively communicate with other employees and managers

Other duties as required with or without accommodation.

Education and Experience:

Good work history is required.

Power equipment certification preferred but not required. Forklift experience required

Prior experience in a warehouse environment a plus.

Previous experience with Barcode scanners/WMS systems a plus.

Previous experience with Lithium Battery shipping requirements or experience with international shipping requirements also a plus.

Required Skills:

Ability to work effectively as a member of a team

Ability to follow policies and procedures to meet unique client needs.

Ability to use all available manual and Power equipment.

Basic understanding of computer operations, scangun and the ability to be trained to use the required software applications.

Good verbal communication skills allowing for effective communication with other team members, colleagues, and couriers/delivery personnel.

Work schedule Monday - Friday 830am-500pm
