Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior RPA Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing robotic process automation (RPA) solutions to streamline and enhance our RCM processes. You will work remotely with a team of talented professionals, providing technical leadership and driving automation initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and deployment of RPA solutions using industry-leading RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and define RPA requirements

Develop and maintain RPA bots, ensuring they are efficient, scalable, and reliable

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior RPA developers and team members

Monitor and troubleshoot RPA processes to ensure optimal performance and address any issues that arise

Document RPA solutions, including process design documents, test scripts, and operational manuals

Stay up-to-date with the latest RPA technologies and best practices to continuously improve automation solutions

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience

Extensive experience in RPA development with a strong track record of successful RPA implementations

Proficiency in RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism

Strong understanding of software development life cycles and process automation methodologies

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex automation issues

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote team environment.

Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the healthcare industry or with Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) processes

Knowledge of programming languages such as C#, Python, or Java

Experience with AI and machine learning integration in RPA solutions

Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git
