Job Summary:
The Administrative Assistant for Teaching & Learning provides administrative and clerical support to the Teaching & Learning Department in a K-8 public school system. This role assists in the coordination of curriculum initiatives, professional development, instructional programs, and assessment activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with staff, administrators, and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree, preferred.
Previous experience in an administrative support role, preferably in an educational setting.
Proficient skill in English composition, grammar and spelling.
Working knowledge of office technologies including phone, fax, scanning, database, word processing, and spreadsheets.
Ability to perform assigned duties and tasks with a minimum of direction.
Fluency in a second language, preferred.
Some travel between schools for meetings or events may be required.
Salary:
This is a full-time 12-month (260 work days) position.
Monday-Friday 8AM - 4PM
$31.46/hour with benefits, in accordance with the PSRP Contract
