The Collaboration Technology team provides support of our technologies from collaboration tools such as Webex and SharePoint to our telephone systems that are widely used across the UMB footprint. These tools allow our associates to effectively communicate with their teammates, other UMB associates and their clients. The team ensures these tools are performing at peak capacity to avoid any business disruption.

The SharePoint / M365 Administrator will be responsible for providing technical support for the UMB SharePoint 2019 environment and the Office 365 SharePoint Online deployment. This will include training our user community on the intricacies of this application and working with technical teams and users to solve any potential issues with the SharePoint environment. This is a subset of the overall responsibilities which involves other multiple initiatives as assigned by IT leadership.

This role is hybrid (Tue & Wed on-site) at the UMB Tech Center located in downtown Kansas City, MO.

How you’ll spend your time:

Support sites built on M365 / SharePoint (on-premises and M365 / SharePoint Online), including managing system security, patching, and upgrades.

Integrate applications and create sites, lists, and document libraries for SharePoint Online.

Gather user requirements for SharePoint site buildouts.

Create planning documentation for migration and new builds.

Assist with the development and migration of current on-premise SharePoint sites, including internal file share drive, to SharePoint online.

Troubleshoot and resolve M365 / SharePoint issues or malfunctions.

Complete change controls and validation tasks.

Develop and manage user accounts, groups, and licenses.

Provide SharePoint expertise with UMB end users including formal training if needed.

We’re excited to talk with you if:

You have 3-5 years of experience within SharePoint / SharePoint Online. administration specifically content and services.

You have experience in developing and managing M365 user accounts, groups, and licenses.

You have base working knowledge with PowerShell.

You have knowledge of Power Automate workflow development and support.

You have experience with collaboration apps and a passion for enhancing the user experience.

Applicants must have legal authority to work in the United States. Work Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Compensation Range:$57,760.00 - $124,170.00

The posted compensation range on this listing represents UMB’s standard for this role, but the actual compensation may vary by geographic location, experience level, and other job-related factors.
