$36,000 - $70,000 yearlyResponsibilities:
Establish a proven recruiting process for finding and vetting candidates to ensure they are qualified and scale up the recruiting program
Take ownership of the hiring process by making recommendations and managing interview schedules, keeping all parties informed as things progress, and following up with candidates who are not selected
Present an update on the success of implemented recruiting methods to the team on a regular basis
Utilize job boards to post jobs that reach potential new real estate team members
Recruit entry-level agents with high growth potential via cold calling, emailing, networking events, or other forms of communication to round out our real estate sales team
Proactively make daily outbound calls to licensed real estate professionals across the Carolinas using provided lead lists and self-sourced contacts.
Engage experienced agents through calls, emails, and other outreach methods to promote career opportunities with RE/MAX Executive.
Identify qualified candidates based on experience, production history, market presence, and alignment with our company culture.
Build rapport quickly, uncover agents’ goals or frustrations, and present RE/MAX Executive as the ideal next step in their careers.
Set up high-quality interviews for our leadership team with agents who are a strong fit for our offices and team culture.
Maintain accurate records of outreach, candidate status, and follow-up activity; provide daily updates on appointments and progress.
Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment focused on outbound communication, consistent follow-up, and results.
Collaborate with leadership to ensure a smooth handoff and an excellent experience for every candidate throughout the recruitment process.Qualifications:
Need to be comfortable talking with new people and have solid writing abilities as well
Superb time management and organizational skills
At least 2 years experience recruiting in real estate, inside sales, or similar field
Familiar with online job posting tools
Bachelor’s degree required
Proven success in cold calling, sales, recruiting, or other high-conversion communication roles.
Track record of consistently setting appointments through outbound calls.
Exceptional verbal communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
Confident, charismatic, and persuasive on the phone, with the ability to overcome objections professionally.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of outreach.
Prior experience in real estate, recruiting, or sales is a strong plus.
Familiarity with real estate industry trends, key players, and the competitive landscape is preferred.About Company
