Ewald VW and Buick GMC of Menomonee Falls is looking to hire an experienced new or used vehicle sales manager. Candidates must have at least five years of experience managing new or used car operations. Candidates must have a strong knowledge of market conditions, and supervising a team of sales people for maximum results. Performance based compensation will deliver the right individual a strong six figure income opportunity.
Responsibilities
Hires, motivates, counsels, and monitors the performance of all used-vehicle sales employees.
Prepares and administers an annual operating forecast and budget for the used-vehicle sales department.
Understands, keeps abreast of, and complies with federal, state, and local regulations that affect used-vehicle sales.
Directs and schedules the activities of all department employees, ensuring proper staffing at all times.
Assists individual salespeople in setting aggressive yet realistic monthly goals and objectives and provides them with the support to meet these goals.
Requirements
5+ years of manager experience
Valid driver’s license
Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
Detail-Oriented
Focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
Excellent communication skills
