Responsibilities

Customer Interaction: Greet visitors and clients warmly, creating a positive first impression of Entertainment Travel.

Phone Management: Answer and direct incoming calls in a courteous and efficient manner.

Scheduling: Assist in scheduling appointments and managing the office calendar to ensure organized and smooth daily operations.

Administrative Support: Provide support to administrative staff and assist with various clerical tasks as needed.

Office Maintenance: Ensure that the reception area is well-organized, presentable, and stocked with necessary supplies.

Client Assistance: Help clients with inquiries, providing them with accurate information or directing them to the appropriate department.

Requirements

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience: Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Professionalism: Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.

Organizational Skills: Strong ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
