This position combines performance consulting with adult learning methodologies to assess training needs, develop effective training solutions, and ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements. You will play a pivotal role in reinforcing a culture of learning, safety, and operational excellence on the shop floor.

Serve as the first point of contact for training, development, and performance improvement inquiries within the manufacturing organization.

Conduct training effectiveness assessments and use data to continuously improve training strategies and curricula.

Facilitate and lead Train-the-Trainer programs to build internal training capability among subject matter experts (SMEs) and supervisors.

Ensure training programs meet applicable compliance standards (e.g., FDA, OSHA) and are audit-ready.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Quality, HR, Compliance, and Global Training teams to align local training with company-wide initiatives and global standards.

Contribute to change management efforts by helping employees transition through process or system updates via effective learning interventions.
