Our client is seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Aviation Division to lead their aviation business segment. This role involves overseeing operational excellence, driving business development, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations while fostering a culture of safety and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide visionary leadership and direction for the aviation division.

Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve short and long-term business goals.

Ensure all aviation operations comply with relevant regulations and safety standards.

Manage budgets and resources effectively to optimize performance.

Mentor and develop a high-performing team of aviation professionals.

Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including regulatory authorities, clients, and partners.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

A minimum of 10 years of experience in aviation with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

Extensive knowledge of aviation operations, regulations, and safety standards.

Strong business acumen with experience in strategic planning and financial management.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Proven track record of driving operational excellence and business growth in the aviation sector.
