Our team includes Therapists, Psychologists, Registered Behavior Technicians, Board Certified Behavioral Analysts, Nurse Practitioners and MDs focused on behavioral health.

Neurobehavioral Center for Growth is eager to welcome a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or BCBA-D or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCABA) to strengthen its continually-growing team of multidisciplinary behavioral and mental health providers in Northern Utah area to provide in-home and center-based services for an established clientele base. Minimum Requirements:

A degree in Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or Psychology

A BCBA, BCaBA or BCBA-D credential in good-standing

Meets the BACB supervision standards (NBCG offers supervision if needed)

Responsibilities:

Writing and updating individualized skill acquisition andbehavior reduction protocols

Training RBTs to conduct skill acquisition and behavior reduction protocols

Completing individualized caregiver training for each client

Completing competency assessments and performance reviews for new and existing RBTs

Creating a time-efficient schedule to meet weekly with each client and RBT

Completing objective session notes after each session and writing monthly progress reports for each client

Mentoring new BCBAs after one year at the company

Consistent punctual communication and attendance with clients and NBCG team members.

Show professionalism and consideration in all interactions on behalf of NBCG, including with clients, client families, coworkers and all NBCG staff.Complying and upholding NBCGs non-harassment and nondiscrimination policies to promote a safe and inclusive workplace.

We are looking for part- time or full-time team members.

Hourly pay based on experience.

Full-time employees working more than 30 hours per week are eligible for our benefits package after an eligibility and probationary period. Part-time employees are eligible for a smaller amount of benefits.

Paid Time Off & Holiday Pay:10 paid holidays for full-time employees,5 paid holidays for part-time employees.Time off paid at billable rate. Additional PTO increasing yearly starting with 2 weeks.
