Salary:
Position Overview: The Senior All-Source Intelligence Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and integrating intelligence from multiple disciplines, including SIGINT, HUMINT, GEOINT, and OSINT, to provide comprehensive assessments in support of military and national security objectives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in intelligence fusion, threat analysis, and briefing senior decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct in-depth all-source intelligence analysis to assess threats, trends, and emerging security concerns.
Integrate information from multiple intelligence sources to develop comprehensive assessments.
Provide intelligence support to military operations, policy development, and strategic planning.
Produce detailed intelligence reports, threat assessments, and briefings for senior leadership.
Utilize advanced analytical tools and methodologies to identify adversary tactics, techniques, and procedures.
Collaborate with interagency, military, and international partners to enhance intelligence-sharing efforts.
Develop intelligence collection requirements to fill critical information gaps.
Apply expertise in geopolitical and military affairs to assess foreign adversary capabilities and intentions.
Mentor and train junior analysts in intelligence tradecraft, methodologies, and analytical best practices.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Intelligence Studies, International Affairs, Political Science, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in all-source intelligence analysis, military intelligence, or national security roles.
Knowledge of special access programs (SAP), sensitive compartmented information (SCI), and cybersecurity frameworks.
Strong background in intelligence fusion and multi-INT analysis.
Proficiency in intelligence databases, tools, and software for data exploitation.
Experience working in classified environments and handling sensitive intelligence.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience briefing senior officials.
Active TS//SCI required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting military combatant commands, intelligence agencies, or operational units.
Proficiency in cyber intelligence, counterterrorism, or geopolitical analysis.
Certification in intelligence analysis or related disciplines.
Knowledge of emerging threats, adversary tactics, and unconventional warfare strategies.
Hands-on experience with intelligence exploitation platforms and methodologies.
