Dark Wolf Solutions is seeking a Procurement Specialist to to support the National Background Investigative Service (NBIS). The Procurement Specialist will assist to manage and optimize the acquisition of goods and services essential to our operations and project success. This individual will be responsible for sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and regulations, playing a crucial role in maximizing value and minimizing risk. This position offers a unique opportunity for a driven and detail-oriented professional to expand their expertise in procurement best practices, vendor management, and contract negotiation within a dynamic and growing company.

Key Responsibilities:

Gathers, analyzes, and composes technical information.

Conducts research and ensures the use of proper technical terminology.

Translates technical information into clear, readable documents to be used by technical and non-technical personnel.

Supports the development of all types of documents and reports by developing and updating graphics presentations to improve the quality and enhance the usability of these documents.

Responsible for integrating the graphics generated with automated tools and the deliverable documents.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related technical field.

5 years minimum of relevant experience.

US Citizenship required with an active Secret clearance or interim Secret clearance.

The estimated salary range for the mid level is $70,000.00 - $85,000.00, commensurate on experience, technical expertise, certifications, and clearance level.

Primary work location is the Washington DC Metro area.
