JOB SUMMARY

Join our team at Margaritaville Island Hotel & Spa, located in Pigeon Forge, TN as a Host/Hostess where you will be the first point of contact for our guests, embodying the laid-back island spirit and ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Your role is crucial in creating memorable experiences for our guests from the moment they arrive.

Responsibilities

Greet guests with a friendly and inviting demeanor as they enter the establishment.

Manage seating arrangements efficiently to optimize guest flow.

Provide guests with menus and inform them of any specials or promotions.

Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the host stand and lobby area.

Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.

Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and promptly.

Uphold company standards for customer service, hospitality, and guest satisfaction.

Support fellow team members in delivering exceptional dining experiences.

Experience

Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred.

Proficiency in phone etiquette and using Point of Sale (POS) systems is an advantage.

Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.

Passion for providing top-notch guest services and creating a welcoming environment.
