Position Description
Join Serco as an ARNG MCTSP Program Manager 1 supporting our Army National Guard Mission Command Training Support Program (MCTSP) operations. This role provides full-time, on-site leadership at sector headquarters in McLean, VA, and plays a critical part in executing contract and training requirements in support of Army training mission objectives. This position is contingent upon contract award, budget, and customer approval.
In this role, you will:
Provide dedicated, on-site support to the Task Order (TO) Manager.
Respond rapidly and effectively to TO requirements as delegated by the Task Order Manager.
Serve as the alternate point of contact for all TO technical requirements and oversee Contractor employees assigned to the TO.
Be available Monday through Friday during normal business hours and capable of responding to the Government PM, MTC Commanders, or KO/COR within 45 minutes of notification during those hours.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Master’s degree with at least 6 years of professional leadership experience.
Minimum 2 years of experience managing projects or programs of similar size, scope, and complexity.
At least 3 years of experience managing an office executing multiple contracts across various functional areas.
Active U.S. DoD Secret security clearance.
Willing and able to travel up to 25% of the time.
Able to work on-site in McLean, Virginia.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Proven track record managing complex military training support programs.
Demonstrated leadership and communication skills with stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to meet demanding deadlines and coordinate across multiple operational areas.
Additional desired experience and skills:
Master’s degree in Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
Deep understanding of Army training management.
Experience in Battalion or higher Command/Operations, FA57 assignments, or corporate equivalents.
Graduate of CGSC with ILE/MEL 4, Senior Service College, or similar military/DoD education.
Experience in Division-level operations or equivalent Civilian/Corporate responsibilities.
At least 3 years’ experience working in an Army MTC.
