RESPONSIBILITIES:
Greet customers promptly
Obtain customer and vehicle information
Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer to the work order
Determine and recommend needed maintenance base on age, mileage and history of vehicle
Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts
Communicate updates with each customer a minimum of 2 times daily for drop offs
Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and updating customers frequently who are waiting
Verify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order being as detailed as possible
Explain all completed work and charges to customers
REQUIREMENTS:
Previous experience as a Chrysler Service Advisor or a Dealership Service Consultant is a MUST!
Proven record of achieving exceptional Customer Satisfaction
Above average energy level
A desire for a long term career with a growing organization
Personal and professional integrity
Good knowledge of automobiles
Positive, friendly attitude
Must be able work Saturdays
Valid driver’s license
Ability to maintain a positive attitude while working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Must have a clean criminal background and pass pre-employment drug screen.
