Job Description

We are currently seeking a reliable and skilled Assembler to join our client's assembly team.

The Motor Assembler will be responsible for the assembly of gear motors.

This includes pulling motor parts, assembling and testing motors according to work order instructions, diagnosing potential defects, and ensuring that all quality and safety standards are met. The ideal candidate will have previous assembly experience, a strong understanding of electrical wiring, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, production environment.

Shift: 6AM-2:30PM Monday-Friday

Key Responsibilities:

Pull motor parts required for assembly according to work order instructions.

Assemble and test motors, ensuring quality and adherence to specifications.

Diagnose and identify potential defects or issues in motor assemblies.

Maintain cleanliness and organization by participating in the company’s 5S housekeeping program.

Perform other duties as assigned by the Motor Assembly Supervisor or Lead

Experience:

Previous assembly experience preferred.

Electrical wiring experience or background is beneficial.

Skills & Attributes:

Ability to read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and wiring diagrams.

Basic math skills.

Basic computer skills for logging data and following work instructions.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Ability to stand and move around for 10-12 hours per day.
