Manager, IT Disaster Recovery and Incident Management

100% onsite - 5 days per week

Join our team as the Manager of IT Disaster Recovery and Incident Management, where you’ll play a pivotal role in protecting and restoring business operations in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment.
In this role, you’ll lead enterprise-wide disaster recovery and incident response initiatives—ensuring our systems, applications, and infrastructure are resilient, responsive, and always recovery-ready. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and our Business Continuity and Crisis Management team to coordinate response efforts, lead recovery drills, and continuously improve our crisis readiness strategy.What You’ll Do:
Drive the strategy, development, and execution of IT disaster recovery plans
Lead response efforts for critical incidents including outages, cyber threats, and natural disasters
Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and operations to ensure systems resilience
Conduct regular drills and post-incident reviews to identify gaps and optimize plans
Maintain compliance with regulatory standards (PCI DSS, SOX, GDPR, etc.)
Keep leadership informed with regular updates on DR and incident readiness
Manage vendor relationships tied to DR solutions and recovery servicesWhat You Bring:
7–10 years in IT project management with a focus on infrastructure and application recovery
3–5 years leading incident response and mitigation in high-pressure environments
Experience working in a large retail or omnichannel setting (bonus points!)
Strong grasp of disaster recovery and incident frameworks, including best practices
Exceptional communication and leadership skills under pressure
Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid PM methodologies
Knowledge of cloud, virtualization, and replication techBonus Qualifications:
Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Relevant certifications: PMP, CISSP, ITIL, or similar
