COMPENSATION RANGE: Base salary range of $40,000 to $50,000 plus bonus and full benefits.

THE COMPANY: Real Equity Management (REM) is a privately owned design-build and property management firm based in Columbia, Missouri. For more than 20 years, we have fulfilled community needs by building a diverse commercial and residential real estate portfolio across the Midwest. Over the years, our portfolio has grown to include hotels, restaurants, mixed-use and market-rate communities, in addition to commercial and retail spaces. Are you eager to make an impact in the world of talent acquisition? We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Corporate Recruiting Assistant to be an essential part of our recruitment team. In this role, you'll be at the heart of our hiring efforts, taking full ownership of our restaurant group recruitment efforts. What You'll Do:

Take charge of our part-time hiring initiatives, helping us attract and onboard top talent.

Help shape our company by hiring talent that aligns with our culture and values.

Provide critical support to our Talent Acquisition Partner and hiring managers, making the recruitment process efficient and seamless.

Manage key administrative tasks, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Contribute to creating a positive and engaging experience for every candidate, making a lasting impression.

CORPORATE RECRUITING ASSISTANT REQUIREMENTS:

REQUIRED: Bachelor's degree

REQUIRED: Previous sales and customer service experience

REQUIRED: Must be an excellent communicator; be outgoing, bubbly and approachable.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.

Proactive and resourceful with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
