Job Title: Senior Microsoft Power Platform/D365 Developer

As aSenior Microsoft Power Platform/D365 Developer at Sprezzatura will support a high-profile software development project in support of the Department of Veterans Affairs. This person is expected to have a background in Microsoft Power Platform or Dynamics 365 CRM development and administration. Responsibilities may include managing security, troubleshooting, and end-user support. This position will offer direct exposure to our core business with a focus on ensuring customer success with scalable solutions, processes, and applications.

Responsibilities

Lead and own the daily cross-functional operational readiness of VAs enterprise Microsoft Power Platform and associates supporting the program.

Participate as an active member of the enterprise Microsoft Power Platform program that will help guide the roadmap, identify and solve gaps in the program model.

Manage security, users, roles, profiles, groups, queues, and other setup options, as necessary.

Maintain the integrity of services integrated with our cloud environments, including proprietary in-house systems and external integrations.

Contribute across all phases of the software development lifecycle.

Provide hands on technical expertise to design and implement Power Platform/D365 based solutions satisfying customer requirements.

Adept in integrating power Automate flows with Microsoft Azure App gateways and APIM deployments.

Adept in managing azure subscription and familiarity with deploying azure resource groups.

Adept at crafting Power Apps and Power Platform solutions with the ability to impart your knowledge to both pro-developers and citizen developers.

Partner with cross-function technology and design teams to ensure consistent, positive client interaction and solution delivery.

Integrate the business strategy and knowledge of software capabilities (current and future) into the direction for all products.

Be responsible for architecting and designing Power Platform tenants/environments, liaising with IT, Security, and other technical groups to ensure all integration needs are met and fully implemented.

Train/support end users with the use of the Microsoft Power Platform application and act as an escalation point for internal issues.

Hands-on experience with Power Apps and Power Platform model driven and canvas app solutions.

Identify trends and predict future needs to assure our customer is getting the best service and experience possible.

Requirements

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or other Technical discipline required, OR a minimum of 8 years equivalent work experience.

3+ years of Help desk or other experience working in a customer service capacity.

8+ years of Microsoft Power Platform or D365 Platform administration experience.

5+ years of Microsoft Power Platform or D365 Development experience.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively on cross-functional teams.

Highly skilled in interpersonal and verbal/written communications, presentations, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Must be able to use a computer.

Must be able to communicate both verbally and in written form.

Must be able to obtain a government security clearance.

Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Must have reliable internet service that allows for effective telecommuting.
