Apex Abatements of Michigan is seeking an experienced Abatement Supervisor to lead and participate in abatement projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in asbestos abatement, mold remediation, and restoration, along with a solid understanding of OSHA compliance, building structures, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

Supervise, manage, and actively perform abatement projects, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards

Lead by example, working alongside teams on asbestos abatement, mold remediation, and restoration tasks

Ensure adherence to OSHA regulations and company safety protocols throughout all projects

Conduct inspections, risk assessments, and hazard mitigation

Provide building-related expertise to support efficient project completion

Coordinate with clients and field teams to meet timelines and expectations

Train and mentor crew members to ensure high performance and safetyQualifications:

Proven hands-on experience in asbestos abatement, mold remediation, and restoration required

Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards

Supervisory experience preferred, with the ability to lead, motivate, and perform fieldwork

Familiarity with building structures, materials, and restoration processes

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
