The pay range is $87,000.00 - $156,000.00

As a Sr. Response Manager in the TOC, you will:
Lead and facilitate the entire incident management process, from detection to resolution and post incident review.
Including identification, logging, categorization, prioritization, and resolution of incidents.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective incident resolution.
Conduct post-incident reviews and root cause analysis to identify areas for improvement.
Act as the primary point of contact during these critical incidents, providing clear and concise communication to all affected parties.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to incident management.
Ensure timely communication and collaboration to restore services and minimize business impacts.
Drive the process of root cause analysis and implementing continuous improvement measures.
You will get the opportunity to interact with multiple retail solutions and technologies – including Supply Chain, Merchandising, Stores, and Digital as well as all infrastructure components from cloud-based computing to all enterprise-level network solutions.

About you:
2-year college degree OR equivalent related experience.
Technology experience in an IT support or operations role.
Experience in an incident management or major incident response role
Strong facilitation skills that can navigate through complex incidents and multiple teams
Understanding of solving complex problems with information technology software and hardware.
Effective time management skills; ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously and ability to prioritize effectively.
Ability to work under pressure and manage high-stakes situations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven decision-making and influencing skills
Broad knowledge of technology across application and infrastructure environment. Familiarity with ITIL framework and best practices.

This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target’s needs. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member’s core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually, depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day.
