About Us: Schwope Brothers West Coast grows over 700 acres of bareroot trees and packaged trees in Banks, OR. We specialize in conifer, shade, ornamental, and fruit trees. This is a fast-paced, innovative organization that is revolutionizing the way trees are grown for increased performance and aesthetic appeal. Hourly Range: $20.00-$21.00
Key Responsibilities:
Assigned Tasks: Efficiently complete assigned tasks and work orders to meet daily operational goals and deadlines.
Individual Productivity: Maximize personal output to support overall team efficiency and achieve operational goals.
Customer Support: Provide friendly and professional assistance to customers, addressing their inquiries about products and services while actively promoting and suggesting products to support sales and enhance overall customer satisfaction and experience.
Work Safely: Adhere to safety protocols and best practices to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
Essential Job Duties:
Complete assigned work orders and tasks accurately and efficiently to meet daily operational goals, including processing orders, invoicing customers, and posting relevant data
Complete tasks such as data entry, shipment coordination, inventory flow, and updating records to support overall team efficiency
Assist with administrative duties such as printing ID tags, maintaining customer records, updating CRM systems (Salesforce), and entering new sales orders or modifications as needed
Update Salesforce CRM regularly to ensure accurate and current customer and order information
Provide professional customer support by answering incoming calls, transferring inquiries to the appropriate parties, and assisting customers with product information, orders, and promotions
Confirm freight details with customers for outgoing shipments, coordinate ETA’s with brokers, and communicate loading and shipping information to freight companies, customers, and internal teams
Coordinate ETA’s of trucks for outgoing freight with brokers and relay that information to the Dock Foreman and sales team as appropriate
Communicate ship dates and loading information to freight companies and customers to ensure smooth logistics
Take photographs of plants and products for marketing and sales efforts or upon request to support promotional activities
Prepare and package products for outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and quality control
Maintain accurate documentation of sales, shipments, and customer interactions within company systems such as Salesforce or SBI
Support the care and upkeep of farm products, including plants and equipment, to maintain quality and safety standards
Assist with inventory counts and updates to ensure accurate stock levels of farm products and supplies
Relay important information regarding order status, delivery schedules, and customer requests to relevant team members and external partners
Follow all safety protocols, including adhering to safety procedures during task completion and reporting hazards or incidents to maintain a safe working environment
Support the Senior Account Representative and other team members with miscellaneous tasks, including order administration and customer communications, as needed

Minimum Qualifications:
Required: High school diploma or equivalent
Required: 1+ years’ working experience in customer service
Preferred: Bilingual in Spanish and English
Preferred: 1+ years’ working experience in the farming, landscaping, nursery, garden center, or a related industry
