Process Engineer

We are seeking a Process Engineer for a contract-to-direct assignment in Boise, Idaho. The selected candidate will work on projects including semiconductor manufacturing, data center facilities and other state of the art manufacturing facilities.

Hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

** This position can work a Hybrid schedule in Boise **

** This position has a pay rate of $48.50 - $59/hr **

Responsibilities

- Establish design requirements and produce construction documents for the installation of complex manufacturing tools and infrastructure mechanical systems

- Design and oversight of piping for water, wastewater, process chemicals and gasses

- Design may include retrofit of existing building systems including engineering calculations, equipment and component sizing, selection and specification, and support during construction and integration into the factory

- As the chemical representative your primary duty will be to edit client specifications and review design packages; i.e. P&IDs, layout drawings, details and equipment plans

- Review of submittals, RFIs and construction documents

- Field visits and site walks

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering

- 7+ years experience in facilities engineering, including: ultrapure water, chemical distribution, gas distribution, process piping, exhaust, plumbing, waste drains, pumps, tank storage/design and related chemical facilities systems

- 5+ years of design project delivery experience

- An EIT or PE License is a plus

- AutoCAD experience is a plus
