Primary duties of the Customer Service Representative include:
Provides administrative support to the Mobility Services Department.
Interacts with Mainstream customers and potential applicants
Answer/Screen incoming calls, questions
Utilize MS Office/Word/Outlook/Excel
Assess Customer needs; Exercise good oral and written communication skills
Informs customers about new product/service features and functionalities
Supports the paratransit service operation by performing routine duties
Counts, maintains, and distributes Mainstream pass and ticket inventory and merchandise sales for the organization.
Requirements of the Customer Service Representative include:
Strong Cust. Service skills
High School Diploma/GED
Office Experience (prefer 2-3 years)
Hours: 8am - 3pm, Monday through Friday
Pay rate: 20.80 hourly
