In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in designing, developing, and deploying smart Workday solutions that streamline workflows, integrate systems, and support data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate brings deep Workday expertise, a strong foundation in HR processes, and a solutions-focused mindset to enhance operational efficiency across our organization.

Role Overview:

Manage and maintain Workday modules including HCM, Time Tracking, Absence, Payroll, Security, Reporting, and Integrations.

Act as a trusted primary point of contact for all Workday-related queries and issues, providing training and support to users across the organization as needed.

Collaborate with HR, IT, and Accounting on Workday development to optimize business processes, prepare reports, and develop user-friendly dashboards to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

Perform Workday administrative tasks including managing support tickets, system maintenance, business process configuration, tenant configuration, and integration support.

Stay updated on Workday releases and best practices, making recommendations for system improvements.

Lead comprehensive end-to-end testing of processes, feature releases, and projects to provide a seamless implementation.

Ensure system compliance with data security and privacy requirements.

Conduct regular system audits and ensure data integrity within the Workday platform with consideration for downstream systems impact.

Document and refine key processes, maintain procedural documentation, and provide training for team members and stakeholders.

Take on additional responsibilities as assigned, demonstrating a proactive approach to learning, adapting, and influencing GDP’s success.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree required in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field or commensurate experience required.

3+ years of experience in Workday administration or a similar role.

Workday Pro Certification is preferred.

In-depth knowledge of multiple of the following Workday modules: HCM, Time Tracking, Absence, Payroll, Security, Reporting, or Integrations.

Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering relationships across various levels of the organization.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office software products.
