Responsibilities

Peraton seeks a Cyber Program Analyst (Communications / Collaboration) to support Headquarters Department of the Army Location:

Tasks include:

Coordinate and interface with staff elements of OSD, OUSD, Joint Staff, Army Secretariat, HQDA, ACOMs, ASCCs, DRUs, and external organizations for all matters relating to non-kinetic, sensitive, and/or compartmentalized activities

Coordinate and collaborate within ARSTAF and other organizations regarding ACP objectives and to operationalize MDO tenets

Assist DAMO-SO with Congressional and other higher authority responses regarding non-kinetic, sensitive, and/or compartmentalized activities

Follow all HQDA staffing processes using appropriate systems and channels

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 8 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 6 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 3 years with PhD. Will consider HS+12 relevant year of experience

Must be familiar with HQDA processes and systems

Must have previously completed courses equivalent or relevant to (ILE, Army War College, or other)

Possess excellent writing, editing,and briefing skills and experience with word, excel, and project management

Demonstrate ability to work independently and effectively in a dynamic team environment

Demonstrate ability to prioritize competing tasks and meet short- suspense deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Experience in EW/CEMA at the HQDA or equivalent level and above

Experience and knowledge of military documentation process, JCIDS requirements analysis, and PPBE

An in-depth understanding of the structure, functions, and specific key personnel across OSD, Joint Staff, HQDA, CCMDs, TRADOC, and the ASCCs including ARCYBER, CCoE and other TRADOC CoEs

U.S. Citizenship required

TS/SCI clearance or the ability to obtain SCI

Target Salary Range

$104,000 - $166,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
