Principal Product Manager, Conversational AI and Search

In this role, you will steer the roadmap for the Moveworks Agentic AI Assistant and Enterprise Search. The AI Assistant is a daily assistant that enables organizations to leverage the power of generative AI to achieve true business impact at scale. You will partner closely with ML, product and design teams to create both foundational components and end user experiences that leverage the latest in generative LLMs, conversational AI, search technologies, and a powerful agentic reasoning engine.

What You Will Do:

Drive the development of innovative generative AI powered search and conversational experiences for our Agentic AI assistant and Enterprise search products.

nvision, build and launch innovative search features and capabilities that leverage a powerful agentic reasoning engine that can deliver true productivity by enabling users to not just find the right information, but to complete tasks by taking action on the information with a suite of agentic plugins.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including ML engineers, data scientists, product designers, UX researchers, and product marketing.

Author product specs, defining problems, setting goals, and establishing success metrics to guide design and engineering efforts.

Stay current with AI advancements, translating research into actionable product recommendations and competitive features.

Develop and track performance metrics, continuously identifying opportunities to enhance customer utility.

Align engineering and customer success teams to prioritize and roll out features seamlessly to users.

Ensure that users get value and utility from the product by driving adoption of features through innovative product strategies and process improvements.

Document new features and communicate product updates effectively to all stakeholders.

What You Bring to the Table:

End to end product management experience (5+ years) with a proven track record of launching technically complex products and features which have machine learning at their core. Bonus points for having built and launched features that have leveraged generative AI to solve acute user pain points!

Strong familiarity with machine learning concepts and experience collaborating closely with ML engineers, particularly in the areas of natural language understanding, semantic search, conversational agents and speech recognition.

Experience with the performance requirements for real-time ML features including accuracy and latency, and with making tradeoffs to optimize the user experience for the specific business need.

Strong technical acumen and prior experience in software or ML engineering and/or a B.S or M.S in computer science or related technical field

Demonstrated success launching enterprise products to hundreds of thousands or millions of users with comprehensive rollout plans.

Excellent written communication skills for conveying product concepts, plans, PRDs, and status updates for large-scope cross-functional projects. Bonus points for creating and delivering product narratives with blog posts, talks and webinars.

Keen problem-solving skills, with the ability to deconstruct and simplify complex issues and use the most pertinent available data to make decisions in ambiguous situations.

Expertise in managing cross-functional teams, aligning priorities, and advocating for user needs.

Dual-focused on strategy and execution with the ability to balance strategy and empathy with accountability.
