What You’ll Do:

Design commercial, residential, and industrial land development projects that shape thriving communities

Collaborate with dynamic teams to deliver due diligence, engineering design, and permitting packages

Serve as a trusted technical resource to Project Managers and clients

Mentor junior staff and contribute to a culture of excellence and knowledge-sharing

Support active construction projects through design coordination and quality oversight

What We’re Looking For:

A civil engineering degree and a passion for land development

5+ years of relevant experience

Professional Engineer (PE) license required

Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D

A collaborative mindset, technical accuracy, and problem-solving drive
