Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Pay Range: $19.00 - $21.80/hour

Dean's Professional Services is currently hiring an experienced Phlebotomist II to support a healthcare client in Fairfax, VA (22033). This is a full-time opportunity ideal for candidates with advanced phlebotomy skills and a strong commitment to providing exceptional patient care.

As a Patient Services Representative II (PSR II), you will be the primary point of contact for patients, providing professional and compassionate service during blood draws and other specimen collection. You'll help ensure a smooth, safe, and respectful experience for every patient, while accurately preparing samples for laboratory testing.

Position Responsibilities:

Perform venipuncture, capillary, and other specimen collections, including pediatric and geriatric

Accurately verify patient identification, documentation, and labeling

Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment

Provide clear and courteous communication when explaining procedures to patients

Ensure specimens are properly handled and processed in accordance with company policies

Maintain accurate records and follow all confidentiality guidelines

Travel to nearby locations and work flexible hours as needed

Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent (Required)

Phlebotomy certification preferred

Minimum 3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections

At least 2 years of experience in a patient service center environment preferred

Strong data entry skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting

Reliable transportation and valid driver's license (if applicable)

Flexibility for travel, overtime, and coverage at multiple locations as business needs arise
