GPS is hiring a professional Recruiter/Sourcer for an immediate position in Columbia, SC.

We're looking for a detail-oriented Recruiting Sourcer to help us find and engage top talent. In this role, youâ ll research, identify, and reach out to potential candidates across various platforms, building strong talent pipelines for our open positions. Ideal candidates are proactive, organized, and skilled at making meaningful connections. Why You Should Apply:

Competitive pay range of $15.00/hr - $19.00/hr, depending on experience

1st Shift: 8 AM â 5 PM, Mon-Fri

No weekends

Proactively source and engage candidates through job boards, social media, and referrals

Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs

Greet and assist visitors courteously

Document notes and other pertinent information into a database

Conduct background checks and pre-employment testing

Manage a high volume of incoming calls

Troubleshoot calls and relay messages effectively

Handle various administrative tasks as assigned

Manage mail functions and the ordering of office supplies

Track data and maintain log records

Perform other assigned duties What You Will Need:

High School diploma

Professional office experience

Ability to multitask in a deadline-oriented environment

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Proficient use of office equipment A drug-free workplace and a criminal background check are required. EOE
