THE ROLE

This is a newly created position due to exciting growth for the company, as they are opening up an office in Mississauga to mirror the head office in Calgary. The position would look after a portfolio of properties (mostly industrial and office) in Mississauga, Burlington, Brampton and Kitchener/Waterloo however based in Mississauga. The position reports to the National Director of Operations in Calgary but works closely with the team in Mississauga. They offer an attractive base salary plus lucrative bonus potential, full benefits, car allowance and other perks

The Senior Building Operator will be involved in monitoring and maintaining building equipment and systems, supervising contractors, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. They will be responsible for performing general repairs, managing HVAC systems, overseeing capital projects, and ensuring fire safety protocols are followed.
