What You Will Do

Ascension Saint Thomas Medical Partners is seeking to add a Full Time APP to our outpatient clinic in Mt. Juliet, TN.

Position Highlights:

Full Time working (4) 10 hour day per week

Treating you own panel of patients

Providing normal outpatient support to patient population of all ages

3+ years of family practice experience preferred

Typical work week include 36 hours of patient contact hours.

Working with 8 other providers in the clinic

What You Will Need

Licensure/Certification/Registration:Required Credential(s):• BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.• Nurse Practitioner credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.• Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing or current home statelicense for multi-state license recognition "Compact State" obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

Education:• Master's degree of Nursing required.
