About the Role

As a Radiation Therapist, you’ll play a critical role in delivering prescribed radiation therapy treatments to patients with precision and care. Your contributions will directly impact our patients’ journeys, exemplifying our mission and values every day.

What We’re Looking For

Education: Completion of a Radiation Therapy program accredited by a mechanism acceptable to ARRT.

Licensure: Certification and registration as a Radiation Therapist (R.T.(T) ARRT).

Skills: Proficiency in radiation therapy equipment, patient care, and maintaining accurate records. Knowledge of RIS, HIS, and PACS systems is preferred.

Bonus Points: BLS certification is a plus, and we welcome new graduates with the requirement to obtain ARRT certification within a year.

What You’ll Do

Deliver radiation therapy treatments according to physician prescriptions and established standards.

Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and ensure quality standards are met.

Maintain accurate patient treatment records and documentation.

Manage resources efficiently, ensuring equipment and supplies are used effectively.

Provide exceptional customer service and professional behavior in all interactions.

Physical Requirements

This role involves medium physical activity, including:

Lifting up to 50 lbs.

Frequent standing, walking, and reaching.

Quick response to emergency situations.
