Business Analyst

Gather and analyze business data and requirements to facilitate scrum ceremonies across multiple systems and processes. Translate high-level requirements into detailed user stories for development teams, ensuring iterative feature additions within time and cost constraints. Develop high-level and low-level process flows and maintain a backlog to prioritize user stories for upcoming sprints. Define actionable acceptance criteria and collaborate with UX analysts to align prototypes with business objectives. Conduct requirement verification and validation sessions, mapping functional and business requirements. Perform impact, risk, and GAP analysis, and review test plans, test cases, and traceability to ensure high-quality product delivery. Develop key artifacts, including system requirement documents (SRS), requirement traceability matrices (RTM), and functional specification documents (FSD), while managing the defect remediation process. May need to work in other locations as required.

Requirement: Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Commerce, Business Administration, Engineering Management, Technology Management, or a related field.
