Cleanroom Manufacturing Technician Compensation

• The pay for this position is $18.00 per hour

• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment

• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Cleanroom Manufacturing Technician Highlights

• This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs

• The required schedule is Sunday through Tuesday and every other Wednesday from 6:45 AM â 7:00 PM

• Interviews will be conducted via Zoom video call

Cleanroom Manufacturing Technician Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment in a cleanroom environment

• Monitor tool performance, collect production data, and respond to equipment issues

• Perform inspections and ensure product quality meets standards

• Follow written procedures and safety protocols accurately

• Maintain a clean and organized workstation according to 6S principles

• Log equipment activity and escalate issues as needed

• Lift up to 25 pounds and stand for 12-hour shifts

Cleanroom Manufacturing Technician Requirements

• 0â 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or cleanroom setting

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including Teams

• Comfortable using basic computer programs and applications

• Must follow all cleanroom, safety, and gowning protocols

• Capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 25 lbs

• High School Diploma or GED

• Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in cleanroom or semiconductor manufacturing is a plus

• Familiarity with production tracking or tool troubleshooting helpful
