Our client is one of the largest suppliers of composite materials in North America, serving key industries such as aerospace, oil and gas, medical, and semiconductor. They are constantly reinvesting in new technologies to stay on top of their competition and ensure that they maintain the strong business they've built. Their engineering team is rapidly growing and is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to hit the ground running and become a pivotal member of the team.
Job Description
Key duties and responsibilities will include:
Demonstrating extensive history of designing operational improvements, ideally in a job shop environment with end-to-end shop floor process experience
Utilizing extensive CNC programming background to develop efficient programs for custom and complex parts
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives through designing CAM templates, writing work instructions, and optimizing CAM programs
Showcasing and action strong understanding of programming, tool selection, and machining processes
Troubleshooting production issues throughout the process, & interface with Quality, Maintenance, & Production teams to optimize manufacturability
Implementing GD&T in the manufacturing process

The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will possess the following:
5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience
Bachelor's degree is preferred, but can be offset with relevant manufacturing experience
Strong background in Mastercam programming
Open to learn and collaborate with multiple teams on-site
Attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality work and meeting deadlines What will set you apart from others:
Hands-on experience with SolidWorks and Vericut softwares
Background experience in machining of composite materials What's on Offer
Base salary $85,000 - $105,000, depending on experience
3 weeks PTO and 9 company holidays
