Sr. Electrical Engineer - Signal Product Manufacturing

A highly rated Company with an Electronics Manufacturing Facility in the area of Matteson and University Park, IL area is currently seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer for a direct hire opportunity with their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for experienced Electrical Engineers looking for a company with competitive rates and a good work/home life balance.

Qualified candidates will have most (if not all) of the following skills and experiences:

5 or more years of Electrical Engineering Design experience

Must Develop Layout Concepts, Parameters and Designs for New and Updated Product Re-designs.

Must be able to use calculations and evaluation of alternatives for current product design and their functionality in current product designs.

Conducts feasibility studies and prepares preliminary cost estimates of designs and redesigns.

Experience with bid packages, be able to create BOMs, assist in ordering parts and supplier sourcing of part fabrication or closely related is strongly desired.

Assists in generating detail specifications of the individual components of the new design and replacement components in end of life and in cost reductions projects.

Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar coursework is preferred

Must be able to work in the United States (Green Card and US Citizens only- ITAR compliance required).

Must be able to complete standard pre-hire checks including background, drug screen, references, etc.
