Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated High-Volume Recruiter to support our industrial and manufacturing staffing needs. This internal role is focused on sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates in temp-to-hire positions across multiple client sites. The ideal candidate will bring strong recruiting experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage a fast-paced requisition load. This position offers a base salary plus monthly bonuses tied to performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively source and recruit qualified candidates for high-volume, temp-to-hire positions in industrial, warehouse, and manufacturing environments.
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate readiness, work ethic, and fit for client-specific job requirements.
Collaborate with the Director of Recruiting and client-facing teams to understand workforce needs and ensure appropriate staffing levels.
Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, including onboarding, assignment details, and attendance expectations.
Schedule drug screens, background checks, orientations, and facility tours as needed, ensuring all candidates are cleared and ready to begin work on time.
Utilize the applicant tracking system (Avionté) to maintain accurate records of candidate activity, assignments, and onboarding progress.
Respond to candidate inquiries, job applications, and campaign responses in a timely manner.
Build relationships with candidates and internal teams to support employee retention and client satisfaction.
Collaborate with the sales and leadership teams to support business development efforts and help secure new opportunities for staffing placements.Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in high-volume recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition—preferably in industrial, manufacturing, or warehouse settings.
Comfortable managing multiple requisitions and candidates at various stages of the hiring process.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with a focus on candidate experience and client satisfaction.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems (experience with Avionté is a plus).
