Compensation is from 52,000 USD to 62,400 USD

Job Duties

Visually inspects and tests machinery and equipment.

Listens for unusual sounds from machines or equipment to detect malfunction and discusses machine operation variations with supervisors or other maintenance workers to diagnose problem or repair machine.

Must be able to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic problems.

Must have experience with preventative maintenance programs

experience working on Van Dorn, Cincinnati and HPM injection mold machines.

Dismantle defective machines and equipment and install new or repaired parts.

Cleans and lubricate shafts, bearings, gears, and other parts of machinery.

Installs and repairs electrical apparatus, such as transformers and wiring, and electrical and electronic components of machinery and equipment.

Repairs and maintains physical structure of establishment and grounds.

Operates cutting torch or welding equipment to cut or join metal parts.

Fabricates and repairs counters, benches, partitions, and other wooden structures

Maintain work area and equipment in a clean orderly condition and follows prescribed safety procedures and PPE.

Background Profile

Minimum 5 years of injection mold machine experience required.

Talented in troubleshooting industrial motors, starters, controls, and panels

High school education or GED equivalent, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

The Employee must be able to operate a Forklift, scissor lift and be certified.
