We're looking for a Lead DevOps Engineer to provide hands-on technical leadership for our Enterprise DevOps team.
This team sits at the heart of software delivery for a Fortune 50-scale environment, operating and evolving the tools that thousands of engineers rely on every day.
You'll lead a small but mighty team of engineers responsible for our core platforms-Azure DevOps, GitHub, SonarQube, Artifactory, and LaunchDarkly-and make sure they're not just operational, but world-class.
This isn't a 'check the box' role.
It's a high-impact seat for someone who wants to push the boundaries of platform engineering while coaching others to do the same.
Think architectural decisions, roadmap leadership, incident response rituals, and the occasional 'how is this even working?' debugging adventure.
Responsibilities, What You'll Do + Lead the Pack: Set technical direction, guide architectural decisions, and provide mentorship to a tight-knit team of DevOps engineers.
+ Own the Core Stack: Ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of our enterprise DevOps platforms-Azure DevOps, GitHub, SonarQube, Artifactory, and LaunchDarkly.
+ Drive Platform Maturity: Partner with security, compliance, and developer experience teams to improve automation, access controls, and self-service capabilities.
+ Be the Calm in the Storm: Serve as escalation point during major incidents.
