July: 1-4 (day)

July: 7-11 (day)

July: 14-18 (day & night call)

July: 19-20 (day)

August: 11-15 (day)

August: 18-22 (day)

August: 25-31 (day & night call)

Schedule: M-F 8a-4:30p

Call coverage needed in tandem with coverage of unit, call is from 4:40p-8a (other weeks of coverage will not require call)

Patient Volume: inpatient up to 20 per day, 2-3 admissions per day, 4-5 consults per day

Types of cases seen: brain injury, stroke, spinal cord injury, orthopedic injuries, various myopathies and cardiac patients

EMR: Cerner

Requirements: PA license, BC/BE, DEA, minimum 1 year of experience

Credentialing: 60 days, temps available
