Description
CSPNJ, a mental health nonprofit agency is looking for a Regional Coordinator in the Central region. Under the direction of the Deputy Director, the Regional Coordinator is responsible for the administrative functioning within the region including QI, Foothold, IRP's, IMR, and Medicaid billing.
HIGHLIGHTS
20% of time spent in direct face-to-face contact with residents and 60% to 70% of time will be spent on training, supervision, and administration.
Maintains accurate records related to the IRP and services provided by the team. Enforces team protocol for charting and recording resident treatment information including ongoing documentation of current medications and follow-up appointments.
Ensures resident charts are up to date, consistent with policy and meets the DMHS regulatory guidelines. Directs team to complete all required resident chart information.
Establish short- and long-term goals that are both measurable and obtainable to meet contract requirements and ensure that these expectations are clearly communicated and understood by team. Full-time Benefit Eligible (Medical, free DMO dental & free vision) including 6 weeks PTO & 11 Holidays
Requirements
MUST have a Master's degree in a mental health related discipline.
Clinical license desired.
5+ years in the field or 2+ years' experience providing supervision.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage crises.
Form sound conclusions, excellent judgment in clinical situations.
Ability to analyse processes and information, identify problems and trends, and develop effective solutions and strategies.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills to foster teamwork.
Ability to work with individuals with mental illness in a caring and professional manner.
Proficient in MS Office products, as well as general computer literacy.
Bilingual skills are a plus.
MUST have a valid NJ Driver's License with acceptable driving record.
Lived Experience: CSPNJ prioritizes hiring people who use their own life experience dealing with mental health/substance use issues to inspire and support others.
